Women and Weight Training.

A common fallacy among women, is that if they lift weights and strength train, they will build bulky muscles. The truth is, that no matter how much most females strength train, they will never build large muscles without the assistance of male hormones. Strength training not only builds muscle which in turn raises your metabolism, but also strengthens bones to prevent osteoporosis later in life.
